The Shared Home

This space is on the lower level of a fantastic two storey home. The top-level rooms share a living space, and the lower-level rooms have their own cafe-style hang-out area with couch, TV, dining table and kitchenette.

The immaculate bathroom shared by the lower level rooms includes a spacious shower, wash basin, toilet and vanity unit, allowing you to refresh after work or revitalize ready for a day of adventure! Body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers are in the bathroom for you to enjoy. We also provide fresh towels and necessities like a hairdryer, first aid kit, and iron.

The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen on the upper storey is shared by the entire home, so you are more than welcome to use it! Included is a stainless steel dishwasher and fridge, large oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and more, framing a contemporary island breakfast bar.

A covered patio and fenced yard look onto land owned by the Catholic Church, with no neighbors at the left or back, adding an air of rustic country ambiance.

Exploring Pueblo

Your home-away-from-home is located in the quiet, family-friendly Belmont neighborhood, with an area of shops and restaurants (fast food, grill, Chinese, Mexican) just a stroll away. Within walking distance are hiking & bike trails, CSU is a hop and skip away, and downtown is a ten-minute drive, with the beautiful Historic Arkansas Riverwalk. I-50, I-25, and I-47 are all quick and easy to access, making Pueblo Lake Reservoir just a 15-minute drive and Desert Reef Hot Springs just 40-minutes away. Enjoy state parks, Colorado Springs, and Denver as you explore this stunning area! We proudly and directly manage a team of 5-star cleaners in the use of our own eco-friendly and naturally made KHG cleaning supplies, caring for you and our environment. Our team has been thoroughly coached in the disinfection and sanitation of all touchpoints, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens, including upholstery. With our guests’ health and safety our top priority, deep cleaning takes place on a routine basis.

Need some extra time?
Request early check-in (from 1:30pm) or check-out (up to 12pm) in advance for $20. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive if you ask for a late checkout on the same day. Send us a message and if we have the capacity, it will be our pleasure to approve that for you!
