The Bedroom

Astrantia is a place where you can work and sleep in style. Boasting a comfy queen mattress, high-quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and French linens, the bedroom is equipped with a desk, snug walk-in closet, and dresser. Black-out blinds are installed for the comfort of any medical professionals who may be working night shifts.

When I was staging this bedroom, I staged it in a way that if I were living in it, I would smile every time I walked in. I wanted an atmosphere that is lovely and engaging, yet comfortable for the eye after a day of work or hiking some stunning mountains. The photos might give you a glimpse of what it’s like, but it’s one of those where you really do have to be there 🙂

The Shared Home

The home itself has been beautifully designed with features like the famous KHG relaxing corner, modern floors, a centrally located kitchen, and stylishly cozy elements. The communal kitchen packs a bunch and features a full-size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a hot plate, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, toaster, kettle, and more!

Enjoy the stylish and comfortable shared living area, accented throughout with lovely touches to enhance the comfort and the tranquillity of our guests. A detailed welcome manual has info about the space, local food, area attractions, and more.

Used by only two other rooms, the bathroom is tastefully decorated and sports gentle touches of a sea theme, tile floor, and a lovely vanity unit. Included is a shower with a tub (not just a shower stall!) and the tankless hot water heater will provide the perfect bath or shower after a long day of adventuring or working. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers are in the bathroom for you to enjoy. We also provide fresh towels and necessities like a hairdryer, first aid kit, and iron.

Just out of your back door is a shaded, gorgeous spacious deck that is located within the gated backyard with chairs, a side table, and a space to hang your hammock! Perfect for enjoying a sunny Colorado morning or winding down at the end of your day. The rest of the yard includes a grill and fire-pit area.

Street parking is usually right out front -close, plentiful, and free! Should you prefer to park off the street or in the same spot each day/night, we have limited off-street parking (uncovered), which can be booked for $2 per night or $10 per week. Exploring Pueblo

Your home-away-from-home is located in the quiet, family-friendly Belmont neighborhood, with an area of shops and restaurants (fast food, grill, Chinese, Mexican) just a stroll away. Within walking distance are hiking & bike trails, CSU is a hop and skip away, and downtown is a ten-minute drive, with the beautiful Historic Arkansas Riverwalk. I-50, I-25, and I-47 are all quick and easy to access, making Pueblo Lake Reservoir just a 15-minute drive and Desert Reef Hot Springs just 40-minutes away. Enjoy state parks, Colorado Springs, and Denver as you explore this stunning area! We proudly and directly manage a team of 5-star cleaners in the use of our own eco-friendly and naturally made KHG cleaning supplies, caring for you and our environment. Our team has been thoroughly coached in the disinfection and sanitation of all touchpoints, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens, including upholstery. With our guests’ health and safety our top priority, deep cleaning takes place on a routine basis.

A flat-screen TV can be installed, upon request 🙂

*A deposit of $300 is required prior to check-in (fully refundable, assuming the property is left in the same condition as at the time of check in). Payment can be made via Venmo (@KingdomHomesGroup), Cashapp ($KingdomHomesGroup), Zelle (Info@KingdomHomesGroup) or credit card.
**Should your pet be joining you for your stay, we will also require a pet deposit to cover any unforeseen damage or accidents.  This is negotiable depending on the size and type of animal sharing your space.
