In the best interest of our beautiful retreat and the comfort of every guest, please consider the following house rules:
- Check-in any time after 3pm
- Checkout by 10am
- Quiet during night time (9 pm - 7 am)
- Carpeting and flooring
- Pets by request and approval
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Reservations require a $300 security deposit that is not charged in advance.
- Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking, free of charge. Please contact us to process the refund. Note: You will be charged 50% of the booking price (minus the service fee) if you cancel more than seven days before arrival, and 100% of the total price if you cancel within seven days of arrival.
- Check-in is from 3pm. Checkout is at 10am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
- Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
- Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and the possession of firearms on premises is strictly prohibited.
- Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted without prior approval, and violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with pet requests or service animals to contact us before their stay.
- Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
- Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to a member of the KHG team. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
Check Out Instructions
- Leave towels on the floor.
- Leave beds unmade.
- Discard opened food items – all perishables left behind after check out time will be disposed of.
- Clean up dishes and kitchen area.
- Consolidate all of the trash and take it to the garbage bin.
- Replace any moved furniture.
- Check the house for personal items.
- Turn off lights.
- Close all windows. Do not lock room.
- Leave keys on table.
- Notify owner of departure.
