The Bedroom
Elevated to another level of style, Bristlecone presents tasteful décor in a sophisticated palette. The classic style is not only beautiful but practical, with a sleek black desk offering a workspace and lighting thoughtfully placed to fuel productivity or add ambiance when winding down. Lovely large windows also maximize the natural light that enters the room. Rich fabrics and cushions adorn the sumptuous queen bed, ensuring a comfortable and cozy night’s sleep! An end-of-bed bench and closet are at your disposal for your storage needs for the duration of your stay.
The Shared Home
This space is on the upper level of a fantastic two storey home. The upper-level rooms share a living space, and the lower-level rooms have their own cafe-style hang-out area with couch, TV, dining table and kitchenette.
Arguably the perfect picture of contemporary country, the home itself marries wooden barn doors and hardwood floors with sleek stainless steel. A massive, open-plan shared living area boasts fabulous furnishings and snuggly sofas to curl up on after a busy day. Nothing screams rustic or luxury louder than a fireplace, surrounded by all the mod cons we have come to expect of luxury living.
The bathroom includes a shower, bath, washbasin, toilet and vanity unit, allowing you to refresh after work or revitalize ready for a day of adventure! Body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers are in the bathroom for you to enjoy. We also provide fresh towels and necessities like a hairdryer, first aid kit, and iron.
The shared kitchen is huge, and fully equipped with a stainless steel dishwasher and fridge, large oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and more, framing a contemporary island breakfast bar. Prefer to sit at a table? Our stunning dining area is also at your disposal. A covered patio and fenced yard look onto land owned by the Catholic Church, with no neighbors at the left or back, further enhancing the country ambience.
Street parking is usually right out front -close, plentiful, and free! Should you prefer to park off the street or in the same spot each day/night, we have limited off-street parking (uncovered), which can be booked for $2 per night or $10 per week. Feel free to get in touch to check if we have any available spaces 🙂
Exploring Pueblo
Your home-away-from-home is located in the quiet, family-friendly Belmont neighborhood, with an area of shops and restaurants (fast food, grill, Chinese, Mexican) just a stroll away. Within walking distance are hiking & bike trails, CSU is a hop and skip away, and downtown is a ten-minute drive, with the beautiful Historic Arkansas Riverwalk. I-50, I-25, and I-47 are all quick and easy to access, making Pueblo Lake Reservoir just a 15-minute drive and Desert Reef Hot Springs just 40-minutes away. Enjoy state parks, Colorado Springs, and Denver as you explore this stunning area! The guests staying on the lower level are welcome to use the large upper-level kitchen and cooking facilities.
We proudly and directly manage a team of 5-star cleaners in the use of our own eco-friendly and naturally made KHG cleaning supplies, caring for you and our environment. Our team has been thoroughly coached in the disinfection and sanitation of all touchpoints, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens, including upholstery. With our guests’ health and safety our top priority, deep cleaning takes place on a routine basis.
Need some extra time?
Request early check-in (from 1:30pm) or check-out (up to 12pm) in advance for $20. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive if you ask for a late checkout on the same day. Send us a message and if we have the capacity, it will be our pleasure to approve that for you!
